samples from... myself! i sampled my own music, ranging from bar-length to phrase-length. the five samples in the song are from secret forest for ewe+eye[see link at botb track page], ashflower, I'll Never Bid You Farewell[see link at botb track page], The Last Few Months of Our Lives[see link at botb track page], and Dusk Falls on Magical Girl Dream Island[see link at botb track page]... oh, and i actually used the noise channel for once

bet you're wondering if i used "dkring1.scl"... well, no, i decided not to use a nonstandard tuning because it was a little too wack to be resampling whole chunks of 12edo music at weird intervals. a few moments were cool, it's surely possible to do this in a fun manner, but ultimately i chose to leave this one in "12edo"
