plays in stage 4 of Septrion, where you fight the "FUNK DEALER", also plays in multiplayer in the DOWNSTREET stage hence the name - if in Vs. mode you gotta make a line from one end to the other with your 7-sided pieces, the line doesn't need to be straight.
If in co-op mode, you would have to achieve whatever pre-determined clear condition there is (clear all the handicap "spots" as they're called to free up traffic or clean up the dirty alleys or whatever) by also connecting one end of the playfield to the other with a line, which again, does not need to be straight.

(this game does not exist & i wish i had more time to actually make the song + other bits and bobs there to make this feel more like an actual game track but oh well)
